No vague promises. Here is exactly what happens to your voice notes, where every byte sits, and what we will never do with it.
You send or upload a voice note. It is processed automatically by our transcription service (Whisper, an open speech model) to produce your transcript, translation and speaker labels. Your audio is never used to train AI models.
The result lives in your private space on Google Cloud Storage, and is shown to you at insupermind.com behind your login. It is yours: export it in one click, delete a note or your whole account whenever you want. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes.
Nothing leaves your space unless you press Share. Then the note text goes only where you send it: WhatsApp (a chat hand-off on your phone), Telegram (via your connected bot) or a branded email (delivered by Resend).
| Provider | What they hold | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Google Cloud | Your notes, audio and account record (in your private space) | Storage and running insupermind.com |
| Resend | Shared note emails | Only when you share a note by email |
| Telegram / WhatsApp | The shared message | Only when you share through them |
Encrypted today: the vault (Private notes) is end-to-end encrypted. Those notes are encrypted in your browser with a key only you hold, and we store nothing readable — not us, not Google Cloud. Your encrypted export works the same way.
What is not encrypted yet: the main corpus — voice notes processed by our transcription service — is stored plainly in your private space, because the service must hear the audio to transcribe it. Encrypting the corpus the same way means moving processing into your browser; that is the next step here. Until it ships, this page tells you exactly what is stored and where. That is the deal.
