Who we are

What we collect

• Account data — email address and password (stored as a salted cryptographic hash; never in clear text).
• Voice content — voice notes you capture or send in, plus their transcriptions, translations, tags and speaker labels.
• Usage data — basic operational logs needed to run and secure the Service.

How we use it

Providing the Service: transcription, translation, search and organization of your voice notes; delivering share emails and messages you initiate; account administration. Legal bases: performance of the contract with you, your consent, and our legitimate interest in securing the Service.

Processing on your device

Where possible the product is designed to capture and process voice on your own device and share only with intention. Cloud copies exist so your voice memory is available across devices.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Content leaves our infrastructure only at your direction (share links, WhatsApp / Telegram hand-off, email sends) or through service providers needed to run the Service (cloud hosting, email delivery). Transfers outside the UAE are protected with appropriate contractual safeguards.

Retention

Your Content is kept until you delete it or your account. Deleting your account removes your account record and access. Operational logs are kept only as long as needed for security.

Your rights

Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (and GDPR where it applies to you): access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction and objection. Email legal@insupermind.com — we respond within the statutory period.

Cookies

Only essential session cookies and local storage for your settings and session are used.
