1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of InSuperMind (the "Service"), operated by Impact 24x7 LLC, established in the Emirate of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, business registration number 2537948 ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

InSuperMind captures voice notes and provides transcription, translation, search, organization and sharing of that content. Features marked as desktop-only require the local application.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You may delete your account at any time from Your account.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the voice notes, transcripts, translations and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to process Your Content solely to operate the Service for you — transcription, translation, storage, and sharing at your direction. We do not sell Your Content.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to violate law or the rights of others, to record people without the consent required by applicable law, or to distribute malware or abuse the platform.

6. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify or discontinue features. Desktop-only processing runs on your own hardware.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Sharjah. Courts of the Emirate of Sharjah have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
