Where are my voice notes stored?
In your own private space on Google Cloud. The audio, the transcript, the translations, and the tags all live in storage that belongs to you. Exportable, deletable, and never used to train AI. The Where your data lives page maps every byte.
Who can read my voice notes?
You, and anyone you deliberately share with. Nothing leaves your space by itself. There is no advertising use, no resale, and no training of shared AI models on your conversations. Processing happens with care so the transcription and translation can work, and the result stays in your space alone.
What is the encrypted vault?
Private notes are end to end encrypted. They are encrypted in your browser with a key only you hold, so what is stored is unreadable to anyone else, including us and including Google Cloud. Your encrypted export works the same way. It is the strongest guarantee on the page, and it is worth using for the notes that matter most.
Can I export or delete everything?
Yes, both. Export your notes and take them with you. Delete a single note and it is gone from your space immediately. Delete your account and your content goes with it. Nothing is kept in a shadow copy for later use. That is what ownership means here.
Does InSuperMind use my notes to train AI?
No. Not now and not later. Your conversations are data in your private space, not training material. This commitment, the storage map, and the encryption model are written out in full on the trust page, with the legal detail in our privacy policy and GDPR terms.
Frequently asked questions
Where does InSuperMind store my voice notes?
In your own private space on Google Cloud. The audio, transcripts, translations, and tags all live in storage that belongs to you. You can export everything or delete everything at any time. The full map of what is stored where is published on the Where your data lives page.
Is my voice data used to train AI?
No. Your conversations are never used to train AI models. Processing runs so your notes can be transcribed, translated, and made searchable, and the results stay in your private space. This is a standing commitment, not a setting you have to find.
Can InSuperMind employees read my notes?
Private notes are end to end encrypted in your browser with a key only you hold, so nobody else can read them. The wider corpus is stored plainly in your private space so the transcription service can work on it, and it is never shared or sold. The trust page explains the exact model.
How do I delete my voice notes permanently?
Delete a single note and it leaves your space immediately. Delete your account and your content goes with it. Export first if you want a copy. Operational logs are kept only as long as needed for security, as described in the privacy policy.
